Jiyuan Norce Drilling & Rolling Co., Ltd. is an enterprise possessing comprehensive manufacturing capabilities in machining and assembling. The Company is located in Jiyuan City, Henan Province, the hometown of Yugong (an old man character in the Chinese Mythology), and is adjacent to the Xiaolangdi Water Control Project.
We have a total asset of 85 million yuan, with more than 180 skilled workers and 12 technicians in the sector of metallic materials and machine manufacturing; among them, three have the senior technical title. The Company has a perfect quality assurance system and has passed the GB/T 19001-2008 quality system certification, which ensures the quality of the final products of our company by keeping all products under control, from raw materials to finished products.
In the machining sector, we have 3 m, 5 m, 8 m, and 14 m horizontal lathes, 3 m, 5 m, 9 m, and 12 m deep hole drilling and boring machines, CNC planer milling machines, floor boring and milling machines, grinding machines and so on; thereby, we possess comprehensive machining capacity.
Our leading products include: roller parts such as corrugated roller, solar glass calendaring roller, metallurgical roller, etc.; marine shaft and forging press long shaft parts such as columns, etc.; auxiliary equipment for a complete set of aluminum casting and rolling machine, steel, aluminum, copper (strip, plate) production lines; column pull rod, hydrogenerator shaft, etc. We also supply parts and accessories for rubber machinery factories such as dual-mold tire curing vulcanizers, tire building machines, and other equipment.
